Reporting boundary and methodology (UK sources):
This Carbon Reduction Plan reports emissions from sources in the United Kingdom, in line with the PPN 006 technical standard. We do not operate a UK office and have no UK-based employees. Our UK emissions in 2025 primarily arise from business travel to the UK and ground transport within the UK.

Scope coverage:
We report Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions and the required subset of Scope 3 categories (upstream transport and distribution, waste generated in operations, business travel, employee commuting, downstream transport and distribution).

Emissions reduction targets

Because our UK-sourced emissions are driven primarily by business travel, our targets focus on reducing travel emissions.

Carbon reduction projects

Measures in effect now and planned that will be utilised during contract delivery:

• Remote-first approach for meetings where it delivers the same outcome as in-person travel.
• Trip consolidation: where travel is necessary, combine multiple meetings into one trip.

Planned

• “Rail-first” policy for UK domestic journeys where feasible.
• Require internal approval for flights where a remote alternative is practical.
• Default to economy class for short-haul flights unless there is a documented business need.
